Hey lovebirds.

This upcoming weekend will be all about family, friends and charging your batteries. To feel beautiful I need energy.

I think that a lot of people is ignoring the resting part. We spend tons of money on beauty products, vitamins and different life coaching shrinks, but we often forget the ‘inside’. It’s only you who can control your inside and to have a beautiful outside or “the shell” as

I call it, I think we need a good inside.

So here comes my advice:


  1. Rest, take a 20 minutes nap in the afternoon every day.
  2. Sleep at night. The night sleep is very important for the brain. And the brain is what controls us. (8 hours is the recommended time)
  3. And make love! Now, before you go and get excited…

I don’t  necessary mean physically. I mean that you make sure to call, meet or surround yourself with people who matter to you. Like a small catch up during the day, 5 minutes is enough.

We live in a very stressed generation, and people don’t have time for anything. So these small things actually matter. You will notice results, better performing and a happier “shell”. Your skin, hair and body will thank you.

And that is something we at Curler love and live for. Three simple life rules.

Of course you will need beauty product, workouts and so on but that will only have an effect if you have a good inside.

Now to my favourite part… TANNING.

To feel sexy and beautiful I need a good tan and a glowing skin. To protect the skin and get the perfect skin glow I only use proudest from BODY-BALI:

Now I will officially start my weekend and first up is small talk and wine with my bestie. Kisses and hugs take care and we will meet again next week.
